A country as a whole can progress only when there is comprehensive growth. When community workers collectively join hands to raise their voice against the existing problems in the rural areas, it helps in grabbing the eyeballs of the officials. Inaccessibility of basic human rights, like unavailability of safe drinking water,  improper sanitization, and electrification, are some of the common problems that rural people have to face. Community development courses and youth empowerment project aim to expand the horizons & opportunities among the backward class of society.
