2. Capacity building: The educators should focus on helping communities obtain, strengthen, and maintain their ability to achieve individual goals within the stipulated time. This will foster the zeal to take on new challenges and strive toward fulfilling it with a competitive attitude.
3. Large group capacitation: This mainly concerns social psychology development and women’s education. The goal is to increase the activity of large groups of unemployed or semi-employed citizens. For holistic development, education is a basic necessity. This will help in changing the mindset of people for the better. 
4. Language-based development: The focus is on the use of language for an effective serving of the community. Also, this will ensure a positive exchange of information with the language barrier tackled without much hassle. 

Through a collaborative effort, the Victas Foundation. Also,  a voluntary NGO has been lending support to the destitute and deprived people.
