- A Center For Excellence In Community Development: Victas Foundation People Development Training Centre (VFVFPDTC) has been in service for as long as 13 years. They have been rendering training and empowering development professionals and community leaders. The aim was to acquire knowledge, sharpen skills and build greater commitment.
- A Global Center For Unlimited Knowledge Sharing And Resources: Through community development courses and training, it is possible to change the age-old mindset of rural people. An eminent achievement of the organization is its ability to attract 273 NGOs from all over the world. It also provided service to 1101 NGOs from 24 states within India for the training programs.
- Community Driven Development (CDD) Course: The centre provides consultancy and knowledge transfer to various NGOs, GOs, CBOs, Institutions, and development professionals. It imparts training on major topics like Conflict Resolution, Nauru Linguistic Programming, and Development Communications. The four weeks CDD training program is three-fold.
